Because so much of the work that we do is custom designed for you, we ask you to describe what you would like us to make.  If you're not sure, we would
be glad to give you some suggestions, just let us know your event date & budget, and we will provide you with some ideas.

For smaller orders, we will estimate the shipping for you, for orders over $50.00, please add 20% for shipping

Shipping rates are for continental USA only.    We are shipping UPS ground only, as we have found UPS to be the most dependable, please allow 1 week
for shipping.   Some larger items require additional shipping.  Please note all items are shipped insured, in case of damage please notify the carrier
immediately & keep the box!

We ask for as much notice as you can give us.  If you are not sure of all the awards you will need, place your order for the ones you are sure of, and let us
know which awards you may potentially need.  We'll work with you.

We require at least 75% deposit before we make any items.  

Have an EMERGENCY?.  There are many items which we can make for you in just a week or 2, please email us & we'll see what we can do!   Please note
that you are subject to a 25% surcharge on items ordered with less than 3 weeks notice, and also will have to pay 2 or 3 day shipping.

We request 3-4 weeks notice on all orders and 4-6 weeks notice on larger orders like Regional or National events, conformation shows, etc.

TERMS:  Before any work is started we require 75% down, and the
balance is due prior to our shipping your order.  We do accept club
or personal checks, but please leave enough time for your check to
clear especially if we are about to ship.

rarely have any orders incur damage.  Larger orders are insured
