Standard notice should be 4-6 weeks in advance of your event, but we're real good at working with emergencies, just email us . We have lots of items we can
get out in a week or tow. You don't have to make all the decisions at the time you place your order, we will communicate with you and walk you through the
process. We normally will need any engraving information at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

have an emergency- we can help you, just let us know. We can advise you of what is in stock- many of our plaques and standard trophies can be created and
shipped to you quickly. We have a 25% surcharge on "rush" orders for all items ordered with less than 3 weeks notice. Please note that you will have to pay
the actual shipping amount for next day or second day service if it is needed.

LIMITED QUANTITY ITEMS- If you like one of our Limited Quantity items, but are not ready to receive it yet, no problem. You can have it held for you by paying
for it now (include the shipping & handling), and we will hold it for up to 6 months. When you notify us that you are ready, we will engrave the plate and ship it to
you. You will receive a confirmation number when you pre-pay an item. Although pre-pays are non-refundable, if you change your mind you can apply it
